Led by an entrepreneurial IP attorney Kyle Vos Strache, launched in 2018, the goal of firm is to learn the business of each client to help monetize and leverage company assets. Our motivation for leaving the regimented structure of large law firms, is to truly partner with clients as we work together to increase value in assets in the Intellectual Property (IP) field. Vos-IP’s goal is to know you, know your team, know your business and your products. IP is obviously a broad term and our talented team has as combined total of more than 30 years’ experience that covers almost every aspect that you might imagine. Our team has expertise working with Fortune 500 clients, mid-sized clients, start-up companies, and entrepreneurs to protect their valuable IP, specifically with patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Kyle's personal passion is the protection of patent rights, spanning from medical devices, pharmaceutical products, software (SaaS), and business methods to mechanical gadgets and gizmos.

Brian Nath
Brian represents private equity fund managers and other real estate investment companies in commercial real estate transactions on matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, asset management and fund formation. In addition, since joining Vos-IP in 2019 Brian has served as Outside General Counsel for a prominent private equity firm after representing that client for more than 5 years on a host of real estate and fund matters. Brian’s previous experience includes the representation of other private equity funds, family offices, public and privately held REITs and other investors and operators in connection with complex commercial real estate transactions involving office, industrial, hospitality, multifamily and retail properties. Brian earned his law degree and MBA from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.

Arielle Spencer
Arielle joins Vos-IP after a successful career in the music industry where she worked with her team to represent numerous platinum and Grammy award winning musicians. She has a deep understanding of all aspects of the entertainment industry having done everything from booking tours and managing talent to drafting contracts.
Arielle received her J.D., with honors, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of law and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sports Management from Pennsylvania State University. While at Drexel, Arielle was the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Vice President of the Intellectual Property Society.

Rhonda Sheldon
Rhonda joined Vos-IP in 2021 to support the firm’s growing patent practice and brings with her over 13 years of patent prosecution experience in diverse technical areas. Prior to joining Vos, Rhonda practiced IP law in both private practice for a prominent IP boutique firm and in-house for a Fortune 500 company giving her a unique perspective on building robust IP portfolios that create value for the companies she represents.
Before pursuing law, Rhonda earned her master’s degree at the University of Houston where she studied adenosine receptor-mediated signal transduction in rat peripheral nerve. Thereafter, she continued these studies in Schwann cell cultures. Her scientific expertise is invaluable when drafting and prosecuting biotech patents. Rhonda is thrilled to be part of the Vos-IP team where she can use her love of science and technology to further the patent goals of our clients.

However, a great IP team requires not just experience with patents but must be business savvy in general as every product requires an assessment of the business, the risks involved, and evaluation of the competition to fully appreciate the scope of additional rights necessary to protect that product and business.
